What We’re Looking For:
4+ years’ experience in Restoration Mitigation Industry handling Water, Fire, Storm, Mold and CAT Services
4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager/Management of a team
Proficient in Xactimate and very Technical Savvy
IICRC Certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT, FRST a plus
Vast knowledge of the industry, standards, policies, procedures, and the ability to train staff
Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

What You’ll Do:
The Restoration Mitigation Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the department for Water, Fire, Storm, Mold, and CAT restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all department activities; ability to write and read Xactimate scopes and use management software proficiently; manager of all Mitigation employees, equipment required to complete the projects and procedures.
Run and Manage the Mitigation Department
Use industry software to estimate and manage residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects
Implement quality assurance procedures and ensure that company policies and standards are being followed
Monitor and report on progress, budgets & profitability of jobs
Meet or exceed division targets for COGS and Direct Labor
Define tasks, assign staff, and develop schedules
Ensure project efficiency by training, planning, monitoring, debriefing, and making improvements with supervisors and lead technicians on completed jobs
Effectively train production staff to meet division goals for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Respond to property damage emergency calls when needed
Establish and maintain client, insurance company & adjustor relationships
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand
Lead and/or attend department/company training sessions
Qualified candidates may have past experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Emergency Services, Restoration Reconstruction
