What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in the residential construction field running jobs

  • 2+ years’ in a Project Management/On-Site Supervision role

  • Disaster Restoration Industry experience preferred

  • Proven ability to oversee and manage 10-15 projects at one time

  • Able to read Xactimate scopes as well as experience in reading Blueprints, Contractor Connection, PSA, DASH and other similar industry programs a plus.

  • An individual that is dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator

What You’ll Do:

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for reconstruction projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontractors; ability to read Xactimate scopes proficiently; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

  • Use and read Xactimate scopes to coordinate restoration reconstruction projects

  • Respond to property damage emergency calls when necessary

  • Manage budgets, schedules & progress of reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards

  • Secure unique materials, permits, and equipment required

  • Plan, organize, lead and manage field supervisors, production staff and vendors to ensure schedule delivery

  • Maintains reports accurately describing project status and review status with the Claims Coordinator and client representatives on a regular basis.

  • Establish and maintain client relationships

  • Complete weekly expense sheets with business receipts as well as maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures

  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand

Qualified candidates may have past experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Emergency Services, Restoration Reconstruction
