What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in the Insurance Disaster Restoration industry
5+ years’ experience in Mitigation & Remediation Project Management, residential & commercial
Proficient in Xactimate and very Technical Savvy; IICRC Certifications a plus
Vast knowledge of the industry, standards, policies, procedures, and the ability to train staff
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, calm & levelheaded
Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
An individual that is dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator

What You’ll Do:
The Restoration Production Manager is responsible for creating high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services. Through continuous process improvement, training and development of production staff, this position is responsible for exceeding established standards of production performance. The Restoration Production Manager will provide direction and coordination of all department activities; ability to read Xactimate scopes and use management software proficiently; manager of all employees, equipment required to complete the projects and procedures.
Run and Manage the Restoration Production, jobs, Project Managers, and crews
Implement quality assurance procedures and ensure that company policies and standards are being followed
Monitor, maintain and report on progress, budgets & profitability of jobs
Define tasks, assign staff, and develop schedules
Hire, train, schedule staff and ensure safety procedures are being followed
Respond to emergency calls or CAT when needed
Assist in overflow estimating or production as needed
Establish and maintain client, insurance company & adjustor relationships
Being dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, a leader and a motivator
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand
Qualified candidates may have past experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Construction PM, Emergency Loss, Insurance Loss
